We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some states.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
UPS CUTOFF FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS 12/16. Because of the Holidays orders are being processed within 2-4 Business Days. Orders placed after 12/22 at 9:00am CST will not be processed before Christmas. Large Orders typically consisting of 7 or more items have a 10-day lead time.
Most orders received before 1:00 PM CST and 1:00 CST on Weekdays will ship no later than then three business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM CST will be processed next business day. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by austiNuts, Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
UPS Ground Shipping from Austin to Dallas and Austin to Houston is typically 1 Transit Day with Next Business Day Arrival.
If any package is shipped and returned for any reason, you will be required to pay a $16.00 return package fee (charged by carrier) and a new delivery charge.

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days.
