Q: How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

A: Most orders are processed within 24 hours, and if an order is placed before 1 pm CST, it is usually processed same-day. Please note that processing time may be longer during busy seasons, especially the winter holidays. Orders are shipped in the order they are received, and no processing occurs on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Q: Can I cancel my order, and how can I do it?

A: To cancel an order, please contact a Customer Care representative by phone at 512-323-6887. Email cancellations will not be accepted.

Q: How is shipping calculated, and when can I expect my order?

A: When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on item availability and your chosen shipping options. Shipping date estimates are provided by the shipping service provider. For large orders, shipping may need to be recalculated if multiple boxes are required. Orders received before 1:00 PM CST on weekdays usually ship within three business days, provided the product is in stock.

Q: What happens if a package is shipped and returned?

A: If any package is shipped and returned for any reason, a $16.00 return package fee (charged by the carrier) and a new delivery charge will be required to resend the items.

Q: How does in-store pick-up work?

A: austiNuts offers in-store pick-up at the PakMail located at 2900 W Anderson Lane, Suite C-200, Austin, TX 78757. Orders are hand-delivered, and you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up orders are delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with orders ready the following day.
