The recipe is simple and easy to follow, by first combining in large bowl with the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, and lemon zest. Season with the ground pepper to your preference, then slice your apples (leave the skin) into half-size pieces and then add to your large bowl, with the celery and raisins, then sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate if not serving immediately.
When ready to serve, toss the special ingredient austiNuts walnuts into the salad. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a large platter, or divide them among 4 salad plates. Place the salad on the lettuce and serve to your guest for the most beautiful, delicious salad that everyone will be sure to enjoy!

1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 lemon, zest finely grated
Freshly ground black pepper
2 large crisp apples, sliced
2 ribs celery (with leaves), sliced into 1/2-inch-thick pieces (leaves chopped)
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 head lettuce, trimmed, washed, and dried
